Mr. Mark Jackson. President, Broker

Mr .Jackson came to Costa Rica in the late 1980's for a vacation, and immediately fell in love with the country. He is married to a Tica with a 10 year old son born and raised in Costa Rica.

Originally from England, Mark moved to Toronto, Canada where he worked in Real Estate and construction.

He has lived in Costa Rica for 19 years and started Isthmus Real Estate in 1996. An extensive knowledge of modus operandi in the country and an extensive range of contacts has enabled the company to grow year after year.

The company currently has seven sales agents and six full time staff, all bilingual.

All of us at Isthmus Real Estate remain bullish on the Real Estate market in Costa Rica. Many of our developer clients are currently positioning themselves for an upswing in late 2010 and 2011. This means the current market represents the best time to buy in the last 20 years, and will be looked back on as time when bargains could be had.
