The Environmental Study is completed May, 2007. We have subscribed for one hundred
water line hook-ups for this project. The supply of the water has been confirmed and approved by AyA Water Corporation and El Coco Water Trust.

The Developer has not included in the Master
Plan the design of any condominium renderings
or floor plans. (CRMC –Costa Rica Marine
Consulting S.A. may assist in the provision of
Drawings for a prospective buyer.

Sewage Treatment Plant: Pre-Approved and operated in conjunction with Condominium del Bosque in Playas del Coco. The prospective buyer may or may not want to be included with the general sewage treatment design. The buyer has an option to have their own sewage treatment plant on their own property utilizing the same approved design.

Underground Utilities Communications, T.V., Internet, Telephones and Satelite T.V. The Fast Track Construction method will be applied in the development of the utilities. All the utilities are close by and very accessable.

Water: Water service will be supplied by the AyA and the Coco WaterTrust. The Reservoir will be built in the project next to Compass Point – Vista Hermosa. The AyA Water Corporation maintains the supply. As noted above in the Master Plan, one hundred (100) water line connections have been subscribed for and approved.

Roadways: The roadways will be interlocking paving stones and concrete – curbs and gutters.

Contracts have been issued for rough-in of roadwork to the end of the property at Ocean- View. This is now completed as of Jan. 2007.

Construction is presently underway for completion of the road and the preparation of the building terraces. This work has been completed as of January 2007. This is included in the purchase price.

The Developer’s continue to add value to the project and the price is subject to change without notice. The price of the property includes all permits and Working Drawings as built.
